Results from our 2nd week of source-testing shows that bacteria levels are elevated at the suspected locations around the moat (Braga Park, Old Beach Road) and the stream continues to have elevated readings. Thank you to Frank for helping with collecting, Jim and Totts for incorporating the spot into the program and the crew at the department of health for getting these locations into the system, and Sean for delivering results within a few days after testing. We need to make more progress on collecting soil samples from the stream and will also try to find a funding source for DNA testing at Braga Park. – Action today so future generations can continue to enjoy ocean activities –
